This ensures your produce is kept at optimum temperatures during hot, busy periods of service - reducing the risk of wasted meats. Featuring an easy-to-use temperature control interface, the fridge can be controlled to suit the needs of your produce - altering from -2°C, to a maximum of 2°C. This allows for fast and easy regulation of internal temperatures, which is ideal for adjusting for new stock.

The fridge is designed with self-closing doors that allow you to grab the produce you need, and walk away without the worry of produce being ruined. This also aids in reducing energy costs and ensuring that meat is stored correctly at all times.
