This Eco Max Pro Dishwasher by Hobart is a high performance, highly efficient pass-through dishwasher designed to save money and improve washing results.

Featuring a built-in water softener and a powerful pump delivering total wash coverage via separate upper and lower wash and rinse arms, with a rinse temperature of 82 degrees ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are met.

This dishwasher is able to effectively wash up to 60 500x500mm racks every hour making it ideal for the most demanding professional kitchens, its electronic controls and a digital temperature display make it easy to operate and the full width hood handle operates the smooth rise and fall top hood so you are in full control of your machine.

This dishwasher would make a great addition to any professional kitchen and comes complete with a 500x500 dishwasher tray.
