Artofex industrial diving arm dough mixer. Refurbished 2007 and converted to run on single phase electricity with a digital inverter. It mixes 15-45kg dough batches beautifully; steady diving arm action with revolving bowl doesn’t heat up or overstress the dough. Great for sourdough. Wheeled bowl detaches. Good size for a small to medium sized bakery. Small capacity Artofex mixers are very rare.According to one post 'these are the best mechanical mixers ever designed.'
In good working order, some repairs to paintwork needed.
