The Lincat Opus 700 OG7106/N is a 16-litre commercial single-tank freestanding natural gas fryer designed for high-output kitchen environments.The fryer features an accurate, close-tolerance thermostat to deliver consistent cooking results with every cycle. The fully-welded stainless steel tank and unobstructed interior make it quick and easy to clean.
The fryer is equipped with a Deep Cool Zone located below the heating mechanism to catch debris, prolonging oil life and reducing waste disposal costs and features an internal drain valve for easy draining of oil. Comes complete with frying baskets and lid.
