Dry Bain Marie complete with 2 x 1/1 65 mm gastronorm pans and covers.
Of course, you can change this to suit your needs.
Glass heated gantry shelf above the Bain Marie is at a height of 133 cm.
A 30 cm deep tray shelf runs across the full width of the unit on the customer side.
The unit is on 4 heavy duty castors, 2 of which are locking.
